Q: When do I need to register?

The sooner the better!  Registrations are accepted on a first in/first on basis. With the continued growth of lacrosse, we anticipate that all of the teams will fill quickly. To guarantee your spot, register as soon as possible.

Q: What team will my son/daughter play on?

Your player’s grade level in the current school year is the first step in determining what team they are eligible for. We anticipate have at least 2 teams at the Kinder-2nd grade level, 2 teams at the 3rd / 4th grade level, and 2 teams at the 5th/6th grade level. Generally, players are placed on teams based on skill level but that is not always the case. Coaches place the players on the team that will be best for the individual players development. Placing a player with others who are further along in their development is not always the best approach to help develop that player. Likewise, placing a more advanced player on a team with less developed players can detrimental to that player. Sometimes, the coaches may find it is necessary to move a player between two teams, just depending on how that player is developing through the season. If you have any questions about this, please contact our boy’s program director, Greg Knell, at greg.knell@gmail.com.

Q: When does the season start?

Bantam (Kinder-4th grade) practices will begin the second week of February. Youth (5th grade -8th grade) practices will start the first week of February. Middle and High School will begin practicing the last week of January. All games will begin the first or second weekend in March.

Q: When are practices and games?

Generally, our teams have the following schedules:

  • Kinder – 2nd grade
    • Practices 1 day per week
    • 1-2 games on weekends only
    • 6-8 games total (March-April)
    • Practice 2 days per week
    • 1-2 games on weekends only
    • 8-10 games total
    • Practice 3 days per week
    • 1-2 games on weekends only
    • 10-12 games total
  • Varsity (9-12th grade)
    • Practice 4-5 days per week
    • 1-2 games per week (games on weekdays and weekends)
    • 10-12 games total
