Coach Millsap is a US Lacrosse Level-3 Certified Coach who has spent the past six seasons coaching High School and Middle School Lacrosse for High Point Academy. Mike has also coached for several lacrosse organizations across the area including Cowtown Lacrosse, Minutemen Lacrosse, and Fort Worth Youth Lacrosse. A two-sport varsity athlete in college, he has spent most of his adult life coaching youth in various sports as well as serving in the community as both a children’s minister/youth large group leader in his church.

Mike is a software engineer by trade, currently working for Lockheed Martin on ADP (Advanced Development Projects). Mike enjoys playing men’s hardball and tennis in his “spare time”, still enjoying his first love of Baseball, achieving a League MVP and a Gold Glove in national tournament play as well as several league championships over more than 30 years of post-college amateur play. Mike has been married to his wife, Carol, since 1996 and they have two awesome kids. Grace is a Senior honor student in College studying Wildlife Biology at West Texas A&M. Mickey is a High School Junior currently attending High Point Academy where he is an outstanding student, performer and athlete.
