Monday-Thursday evenings

EQUIPMENT

All players must have the following equipment on the first day of practice:

• Reversible practice pinnies 
• *Helmet will be provided to all Varsity players*
• Shoulder pads with National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE) ND200 standard seal/approval
• Arm/elbow pads
• Gloves
• Boys field lacrosse stick
• Soccer or football cleats (baseball cleats not recommended)
• Athletic cup
• Mouthpiece

UNIFORMS

All players will be provided uniforms as part of their dues.

SPORTSENGINE APP

Please download the SportsEngine app if you have not already done so. This is how we communicate with parents during the season and where all of our practice and game schedules will be managed and updated. Inevitably, we will have a change to a field location or time on the day of the game and that information will only be communicated through the app both through text and email.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT

We are looking for parent help! We could use help with coordinating game day snacks and drinks and with help running the scoreboards during games. Watch for SignUp Genius notifications for opportunities.
